EMPL TRYING TO INSTALL PIECE OF RUBBER FLASHING UNDER CONVEYOR BELT WHILE MACHINERY WAS RUNNING.RIGHT ARM CAUGHT BETWEEN ROLLER AND MOVING CONVEYOR BELT CAUSING DEEP LACERATIONS TO ARM JUST AB OVE AND JUST BELOW RIGHT ELBOW.
