INJ OPERATING L2ADER ON RAMP BETTWEEN 14 & 16 LEVELS.LOADER WENT OUT OF CONTROL AND STARTED BACK DOWN RAMP.OPERATOR THROWN OR JUMPED FROM LOADER.PRONOUNCED DEAD AT SCENE BY DR. OF CERVICAL FRA CTURE.--TRUCK T9AVELLING UP SAME RAMP,LOADER OPERATOR LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE AND HIT THE TRUCK.
