I NAME WAS WORKING ON THE RIGHT FRONT ROLLER CARRIER STAND ON A CATERPILLAR D9G WHILE POSITIONED UNDER THE BUCKET OF A CATERPILLAR 966C FRONT END LOADER. THE LOADER BUCKET WAS BEING USED TO HO LD DOWN THE ROLLER STAND IT MOVED AND FELL OFF O F THE STAND AND PINNED HIM RESULTING IN FATAL INJURY.
