A BOSS AND A WO9KER GOT ON THE CAGE TO GO BELOW AT THE START OF THE SHIFT AS THE CAGE STARTED ITS DESCENT THE VICTIM THOUGHT HE DETECTED A DISCREPANCY IN THE HOIST AND TRIED TO JUMP TO A BU BUNTIN IN THE S2AFT. NOT BEING ABLE TO HOLD ON, HE F ELL TO HIS DEATH
