VICTIM SETTING 8URVEY STAKES.HE BROKE THROUGH SURFACE AND FELL ABOUT 8' INTO HOLE 15'DIAMETER.LARGE PIECE OF CLAY 3' X 2' X 2' FELL ON BACK AND HEAD.VICTIM LYING FACE DOWN AND COULDNT BE RESCU ED BEFORE SUFFO7ATING.WAS WALKING THROUGH BLASTED AREA VERTICALLY DRILLED 1 WEEK BEFORE.
