EMPLOYEE WAS OP9RATING A HAUL TRUCK GOING UP HILL TO THE DUMP SITE ANOTHER HAUL TRUCK COMING DOWN THE RAMP PASSED A MOTOR GRADER AND LOST CONTROL THE BED OF THE TRUCK THAT LOST CONTROL STRUCK THE CAB OF THE3OTHER TRUCK CAUSING EXTENSIVE HEAD INJURIES TO THE EMPLOYEE
