EITHER CONST WA8 REPLACING FLOOR UNDER GOB CONVEYER THAT DAY AND OUR MEN WERE REPLACING PLANKS IN GOB BIN. PLANKS WER BEING RAISED THROUGH TRAP DOOR ON 2ND FLOOR, I.NAME APPARENTLY WENT UP TO SEE HOW WORK WA8 PROGRESSING AND APPARENTLY STEPPED INTO TRAP DOOR OPENING
