REPORTEDLY, VIC7IM WAS BEING HOISTED UP THE SLOPE AND WAS RIDING ON THE SPREADER BAR OF THE 3-TON CAPACITY GUNBOAT THE EYEWITNESS WHO WAS RIDING IN THE GUNBOAT STATED THAT THE VICTIM FELL FRO M THE SPREADER 6AR HE WAS RUN OVER BY THE GUNBOAT AND SUBSEQUENTLY FELL APPROX 260 FT DOWN THE 70 DEGREE PITCHING SLOPE HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON THE SURFACE
