EMPLOYEE WAS HA6LING SHOT ROCK TO THE CRUSHER ON COMPANY OWNED HAUL ROAD. AN ASPHALT PLANT LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE QUARRY WAS HAULING MATERIAL ON THE SAME ROAD.
