EE WAS CUTTING 6OLTS ON THE BACK EDGE OF DOZER BLADE. BLADE WAS RESTING ON A LARGE 3 1/2"X5' SLAB OF LIMESTONE. EE WAS RESTING A CUTTING TORCH IN A KNEELING POSITION. THE ROCK ON WHICH THE BL ADE WAS RESTIN1 SPLIT & THE INNER HALF CRUSHED EES HEAD AGAINST DOZER RADIATOR.
