THE EMPLOYEE WA8 WORKING OFF WALKWAY ON WEST SIDE OF CRUSHER BUILDING ATTEMPTING TO PLACE SCAFFOLD BOARD ON BUILDING BRACES OVER HIS HEAD. HE WAS STANDING WITH RIGHT FOOT ON TOP OF WALKWAY HAN DRAIL AND LEFT 0OOT ON 3RD RUNG ON LADDER. HE FELL FROM LADDER. THE ONE PERSON WHO SAW FALL FROM THE BEGINING SAID IT APPEARED HIS RIGHT LEG BECAME LIMP. HE FELL APPROX. 40 FT, HITTING HANDRA
