I.NAME WAS WORK3NG IN A GRAVEL PIT. HE WAS STANDING BETWEEN THE STEEL TRA CK & THE BODY OF A T RACK LOADER. HE WAS REPLACING A SHIELD ON THE ENGINE OF THE LOADER, WHICH WAS RUNNING. THE BUCK ET WAS IN THE U1 POSITION. DRIVER OF THE LOADER LOWERED THE BUCKET, NOT KNOWING THAT I.NAME WAS WORKING ON THE VEHICLE.
