THE VICTIM WAS 4AITING ALONG SIDE OF ROOF BOLTING MACHING WITH HIS BACK TOWARD AN UNSUPPORTED AREA WHEN A PIECE OF ROCK 15' LONG 8' WIDE 2"-22" THICK FELL & STRUCK HIM.
