SEVERAL EMPLOYE9S ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE ENGINE FROM DREDGE AT SAND PLANT #1 WITH BOOM ATTACHED TO BUCKET OF KAWASAKI K-80 LOADER. CABLE SUPPORTING BOOM GAVE WAY RESULTING IN BOOM FALLING ON I. NAME RESULTS OF3ACCIDENT WERE FATAL INJURIES TO I.NAME. HE WAS STANDING UNDER THE BOOM AGAINST ADVISE OF SUPERVISOR AND LOADER OPERATOR I.NAME

    EE and another employee were pulling the engine and removing nose cone on the radiator. EE was on the bottom under the 992g wheel loader. The other employee was on top of the machine. EE was taking the radiator nose off, accidentally took bolts out of counter weights and it fell on EE. Resulting in a fatality.
