INJURED WAS ASS3GNED TO ASSIST WITH BLASTING. HE WAS APPROX 100' AWAY FROM HIS PARTNER. PARTNER LIT FUSE AND SIGNALED AND THEN LEFT AREA. INJURED, FOR SOME REASON, WENT TO BLASTING AREA AND FE LL INTO ADJACEN7 STOPE, APPROX 60', THE EXACT REASON THE EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE AREA OR WHY HE FELL IS NOT KNOWN AT THIS TIME
