EMPL NOT WHERE 2E WAS SUPPOSED TO BE-NEGLIGENCE ON PART OF EMPL.FELL INTO TRUCK LOAD OUT BUNKER.GRAVEL CAVED IN ON HIM AND EMPL SUFFOCATED.WET MATERIAL PLUGGING UP HOPPER.WENT ON TOP OF PILE U SING A PICK TO 6NPLUG MATERIAL.
