THE MAN WAS PUT7ING BELT ON THE OVERLAND CONVEYOR HE WALK UP THE CONVEYOR PULLING A 3/8INCH STEEL CABLE TO HOOK ON TO THE BELT TO PULL THE TWO ENDS TOGETHER HE MADE CONTACT WITH 12470 VOLTS WI TH STEEL CABLE 2E WAS PULLING.
