EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING FELLOW EMPLOYEE REMOVE A HAUL TRUCK FROM THE 100 TON DART HAUL TRUCK CO. #122 WHEN THE TIRE EXPLODED CAUSING TIRE TO PUSH EMPLOYEE BACKWARDS APPROX. 30' CAUSING FATALITY.
