EMPLOYEE WAS DOING CLEAN-UP WORK ON A PLATFORM UNDER THE STACKER BELT WHILE IT WAS RUNNING.THERE WAS NO WITNESS TO THE ACCIDENT.A LONG HANDLE SHOVEL WAS BROKEN AND ON THE PLATFORM WITH THE INS URED EMPLOYEE.HE TALKED TO FELLOW EMPLOYEES AND EMT SQUAD WAND WAS CONSCIOUS WHEN MOVED TO THE AMBULANCE.HE DIED AT 1:00 PM AT THE HOSPTIAL.
