THERE WAS NO WITNESS TO THE ACCIDENT. THE BODY WAS FOUND LAYING ON THE TRACK. PHYSICEVIENCE INDICATES VITIM WAS OPERATING A BATTERY POWERED RAIL MANBUS PUSHING A SUPPLY CAR.
