THE INDIVIDUAL HAD REPAIRED A WIRE ON THE SCOOP LIGHTS AND ENERGIZED THE MACHINE TO SEE IF THE LIGHT WOULD WORK.THE MACHINE HAD TO BE PUT INTO REVERSE FOR THE LIGHT TO WORK.WHEN THE LEVER WAS SWITCHED ON THE MACHINE ENGAGED RUNNING INTO THE INDIVIDUAL AND CARRYING HIM THROUGH A BLOCK STOPPING BEFORE STOPPING AGAINST THE RIB.
