USING LOADER TO LOAD DUMP TRUCK ON TOP OF CREEK BANK.WITH BUCKET RAISED 4' LOADER BACKED DOWN RAMP,WENT TO RIGHT ,RUNNING UP ON ELEVATED EDGE OF RAMP CAUSING LOADER TO OVER TURN AND MAKE 3/4 TURN BEFORE COMING TO REST ON TOP OF VICTIM.PINNED JUST TO REAR OF FRONT WHEELS WITH UPPER HALF OF BODY EXPOSED.
