EMPLOYEE CAME INTO CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED 4160 VOLT CONDUCTORS AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT THE EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO LOCATE THE SOURCE OF A BAD SMELL PROBABLY A DEAD ANIMAL WHEN HE LEANED INTO THE TOP PART OF THE GE BOX TO LOOK INTO THE 4160 VOLT BUS BAR WELL, WHEN HE CAME INTO CONTACT WITHT HE BUS BAR OR OTHER ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS.
