REGULAR WORK STARTED 9:30 BUT HAD ARGUMENT WITH WIFE..ARRIVED AT MINE PROPERTY AROUND 4:30AM.TOOK COMPANY TRUCK FROM QUARRY,DROVE ACROSS TO STAGING AREA.PREPARING TO CHANGE TIRE ON TRUCK.EITHE R SWUNG HYD.BOOM AND WAS PINNED AGAINST THE 4 CONTROLS BECAUSE HE HAD 4 MATCHING BOOM CONTROL IMPRINTS ON ARM-PRESSURE BUILT UP ON HYD.SYSTEM,HOSE BROKE RELEASING PRESSURE ALLOWING HIM TO FAL

    At the time of filing it is believed the miner was riding on the back of a railcar when the railcar derailed and pinned the miner between the railcar and a nearby structure. The miner was transported to a medical facility where EE died the following day.
