IT IS BELIEVED THAT WHEN THEINJURED OPEN THE DOOR TO RABBIT BOX #13 TO 191 SHOVEL TO UNHOOK CABLE, POWER DROPPED OFF OF THE 7400 DRAGLINE. REGENERATING POWER FOR 7400 FED BACK THE CABLE TO OCB , BACK THROUGH 191 CABLE TO RABBIT BOX #13. AT THIS POINT IT'S BELIEVED THAT THE INJURED STATED TO UNHOOK CABLE, POSSIBLY FELL INTO THE BOX COMING INTO CONTACT WITH MIDDLE BUSS BAR.
