I,NAME ATTEMPTED TO DRIVE HIS SERVICE TRUCK THROUGH 2 WASHED OUT HAULAGE ROAD. THE WATER CARRIED THE OFF OF THE ROAD AND INTO A STREAM. I,NAME WAS DROWNED ABOUT 5 HOURS LATER THEY FOUND HIS BO DY DOWNSTREAM.
