I NAME TOOK HIS LUNCH BREAK AT 12:00PM HIS MACHINE WAS PARKED WITH HIS CAB SIDE CLOSEST TO THE HIGH WALL THE HIGH WALL COLLAPSED CRUSHING HIM INSTANTLY
