WHILE OPERATING THE LONGWALL ON 3 RIGHT OFF RIGHT MAINS, A ROOF FALL OCCURRED BEHIND THE LONGWALL SHIELDS. THE FALL CAUSED A SUDDEN GUST OF AIR TO STRIKE THE LONGWALL FACE, PRESAMBABLY KNOCKIN G I,NAME AGAINST SURROUNDING EQUIPMENT. I,NAME EXPIRED A SHORT TIME AFTER SUSTAINING INJURIES IN THIS ACCIDENT.
