VICTIM BACKED ROCK TRUCK OVER 26 FOOT HIGHWALL INTO PIT AREA WITH 7 FEET OF WATER. INJURY TERMINAL. OUR UNDERSTANDING IS THAT THE DEATH CERTIFICATE WILL READ THAT THE CAUSE OF DEATH WAS DROWNI NG.
