THE TRUCK RAN OUT OF FUEL ON THE INCLINE.I THINK THE DRIVER PUT THE TRUCK IN NEUTRAL AND TRIED TO RE-START THE TRUCK,THEN GOT OUT OF THE TRUCK AND THE TRUCK ROLLED DOWN THE INCLINE AND HIT THE EMBANKMENT AND THE DRIVER GOT UNDER THE TRUCK TO SEE WHAT DAMAGE HAD BEEN DONE AND THEN THE TRUCK ROLLED OFF THE EMBANKMENT AND ROLLED OVER THE DRIVER.
