INJURED WAS HAULING FINISHED PRODUCT FROM MAIN CRUSHING PLANT TO STOCKPILE STORAGE AREA INJURED DROVE TRUCK #1479 LOADED WITH #11 STONE UP A STOCKPILE RAMP & ON TOP OF AN APPROX 35FT HIGH STOC KPILE AS INJURED BACKED TO THE EDGE OF STOCKPILE& WAS IN THE PROCESS OF DUMPING THE LOAD OF PRODUCT TRUCK #1479 WENT OVER EDGE & CAME TO REST UPSIDE DOWN AT THE STOCKPILE BASE
