NO WITNESS TO ACCIDENT,3-4 MIN.BEFORE PUMPER WAS DISCOVERED MISSING,LOADER MAN SAW EMPL GOING TO THE REAR OF THE BARGE NEAR SUCTION.SAW WATER STOP & WENT TO CHECK.COULDNT FIND I.NAME.CALLED ON RADIO TO OFC,CALLED 911 FOR RESCUE TEAM & DIVERS.I.NAME FOUND IN WATER,BODY RECOVERED-HAD BEEN IN WATER 40-45 MIN WHEN RECOVERED.
