THE VICTIM WAS ROOFING A FLAT ROOF AND ACCORDING TO WITNESSES, THE VICTIM WAS STOOPED AT THE EDGE OF THE ROOF, GETTING READY TO CHALK A LINE WHEN HE FELL OFF OF THE ROOF. HE FELL 29 FEET.
