TRUCK OPERATED BY I.NAME TRAVELING DOWN HAULAGE ROAD,DRIVER LEFT TRUCK WHILE COMING DOWN HILL,SUFFERED FATAL INJURIES.TRUCK CONTINUED ON INTO DITCH AND STOPPED.
