INJURED WAS PUSHING A S-S SCOOP WITH P-242 KERSEY TRACTOR OPERATION END.THE BUCKET OF THE SCOOP SLIPPED OVER THE KERSEY TRACTOR AND SMASHED INJURED BETWEEN THE SCOOP BUCKET AND KERSEY TRACTOR.
