ON TUESDAY NOVEMBER 5,1991 ABOUT 8:45 AM INJURED COAL TRUCK DRIVER EXPERIENCED FATAL INJURIES WHEN HE WAS CRUSHED BENEATH AN ENDLOADER IN THE STOCKPILE AREA OF THE PLANT.VICTIM HAD DUMPED HIS COAL LOAD,PARKED HIS TRUCK AND GOT OUT TO OBSERVE THE FROZEN COAL LOAD IN ANOTHER TRUCK ATTEMPTING TO DUMP WHEN HE WAS STRUCK BY THE ENDLOADER.THE ENDLOADER WAS BACKING OUT OF THE STOCKPILE(EM
