THE EMPLOYEE, AN ELECTRICIAN, WAS CALLED TO THE MINE TO REPOWER 793 DRILL FROM THE "IRON HORSE" 4160 VOLT POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER BY THE MINE FOREMAN. #4 CUBICLE WOULD NOT "RACK IN" THUS POW ER WAS TO BE CONNECTED FROM #1 CUBICLE. #1 HAD A BLOWN FUSE THUS THE VICTIM ELECTED TO PULL A FUSE FROM #4 TO IN #1.
