2 EMPLOYEE TRANSPORTING A 500 GALLON DIESAL TANK, ALMOST FULL TO DREDGE. THE FUEL TANK WAS MOUNTED ON A STYROFOAM FLOT. ABOUT 8 1/2 X 8 1/2 X 2 FT. AS THEY CAME ALONG SIDE OF THE DREDGE THE Y WENT TO OTHER END OF FLOAT. THE FLOAT CONTINUED TO CAPSIZED DUE TO TANK NOT BEING FULL AND WIND CONDITIONS. VICTIM WAS BELIEVED TO BE CRUSHED BETWEEN THE FLOAT AND DREDGE.
