TRUCK DRIVER WAS DESCENDING A GRADE OF ABOUT 7% ON THE COAL HAULAGE ROAD WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF THE TRUCK AND PASSENGER JUMPED FROM THE OUT OF CONTROL TRUCK WHICH RESULTED IN A FATAL.
