VICTIM & 3 OTHERS WERE PULLING ON NEW BELTING USING CABLE SNATCH BLOCK AND END LOADERS. VICTIM WAS IN THE V AREA OF THE PULL, WHEN THE CABLE HOLDING THE SNATCH BROKE HE WAS IN DIRECT LINE OF THE PULLING CABLE WHICH HIT HIM IN THE HEAD KILLING HIM INSTANTLY.
