AN OVER THE ROAD TRUCK DRIVER, WAS FATALLY INJURED WHEN A SECTION OF DRISCO PIPE 50 FT LONG 26INCH IN DIAMETER WITH WALL THICKNESS OF 21/4 INCHES AND WEIGHTING APPROX. 3800 LBS, ROLLED FROM TH E SECOND ROW OF THE LOAD. STANDING ON THE HAULAGE ROAD APPROX. 10 FT FROM THE LOAD ON THE DRIVER S SIDE OF THE TRUCK WAS STRUCK & CRUSHED WHEN THE PIPE ROLLED OVER HIM.
