TWO EMPLOYEES WERE TRAVELING TO THE OUTSIDE BY WAY OF THE BELTLINE.THEY BOTH WERE OPERATING SCOOPS.THE BATTERIES WERE LOW ON THE 1ST SCOOP AND WAS BEING PUSHED BY THE 2ND ONE.THE 2ND ONE START ED BACKWARDS, INTO THE BELTLINE RESULTING IN INSTANT DEATH DUE TO INJURIES TO THE HEAD AND CHEST.
