38920ACCIDENT OCCURRED AT AN UNDERGROUND TUNNELING OPERATION AT A SURFACE LIMESTONE QUARRY. A SHOT WAS BLASTED INSIDE THE TUNNEL AT 12:04PM, THEN VENTILATED.
