ON MARCH 6 1992 AT APPROX 2:00PM A FATAL ACCIDENT OCCURED AT THE LOST CREEK COAL CO PIT #5 SETTLING POND CONSTRUCTION STIE ID #0102853 ACCIDENT OCCURED WHEN A LOADED CONCRETE TRUCK SUDDENLY MO VED FORWARD TO REPOSITION STRIKING I NAME SUPERINTENDENT OF A&A POOL CO WHO WAS KNEELING IN FRONT OF THE RT WHEEL A&A POOL CO HAD CONTRACTED TO CONSTRUCT A SPILLWAY FOR THE PROPOSED SEDTTLING
