A FLEET OF SCRAPERS WAS HAULING SUBSOIL TO A STOCKPILE.TWO CAT 651 SCRAPERS COLLIDED HEAD-ON ON THE HAUL ROAD.THE HAUL ROAD WAS WIDE ENOUGH TO HANDLE THE TRAFFIC.THE HAUL ROAD WAS IN GOOD COND ITION AND VISIBILITY WAS GOOD.IT APPEARS THAT THE MAN THAT WAS FATALLY INJURED WAS ON THE WRONG LANE.
