15095DEPENDENT HAULER WAS DELIVERING 2 SPOOLS OF WIRE ROPE.DURING THE UNLOADING PROCESS AN UNRESTRAINED ROLLED,PINNING THE TRUCK DRIVER BETWEEN THE REELS.THE VICTIM APPEARED TO HAVE SUSTAINED 76229BLE FRACTURES TO THE PELVIC AREA.
