INDEPENDENT OWNER/OPERATOR/TRUCK DRIVER WALKED BEHIND HIS PUP TRAILER AND AGAINST A STOCKPILE OF SAND.GOING TO CLEAN THE TOP OF TAILGATE OFF.PLACED HIMSELF IN A DANGEROUS SITUATION AND THE SAN D SLUFFED FROM THE TOP COVERING HIM. WAS WITHOUT OXYGEN 7-10 MINUTES BEFORE BEING UNCOVERED AND GIVEN FIRST AID.
