EMPLOYEE CLIMBED UPT HE SIDE OF STORAGE RACK TO CONFIRM INVENTORY STORED ON THE TEN FOOT LEVEL. HE OPENED WRAPPING ON A HOSE ROLL AND WAS CLIMBING DOWN WHEN HE FELL TO THE FLOOR AND A 55 GALL ON BARREL WEIGHT 448 LBS FELL FROM ABOVE. A SHELF SUPPORT AT 12 FOTO LEVEL CAME LOOSE COLLAPSING THE SHELF THE BARREL SAT ON. WITNESS LIFTED THE BARREL FROM HIM AND RAN TOT HENEARBY PARTS DE
