WHILE REPAIRING A 10HPH ELECTRIC MOTOR AND WIRING IT UP AFTER REPAIR A HOT WIRE WAS PLACED ON GROUND AND EMPLOYEE TOUCHED MOTOR WHILE POWER WAS ON RESULTING IN DEATH BY ELECTROCUTION.
