THE MILL WAS SHUT DOWN FOR THE LUNCH PERIOD. THE CRUSHER OPERATOR ASKED THE SUPERINTENDER TO LOOK AT THE BELT FROM THE PRIMARY CRUSHER SCREENS TO THE SECONDARY CRUSHER TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE O F SPILLAGE FROM THE BELT. THE SUPERINTENDENT GOT UP ON THE CONVEYOR AND FELL OFF, 14 FEET TO THE GROUND.
